How would you describe OSSIM?

We're currently giving http://www.alienvault.com a minor facelift.

What we want to feature there is nice things actual users can say about OSSIM. So if you're a happy OSSIM user and don't mind being quoted (anonymous references are welcome of course) on our frontpage, please comment on this post so that we can get your feedback.
The only think we'd require is a bit of context about yourself (we're using OSSIM in this 10000 user educational network, I've been managing OSSIM for a bank, etc...)

Every quote that makes it onto the page will be sent one of our upcoming Unofficial Official Alienvault t-shirts and a little stress-relieving alien, due to be released this summer ;-)

Hi,

I've started installing OSSIM in my company to monitor Asterisk Servers, Routers, FW, Mail Servers etc in HQ and branch offices around the world (Asia, Europe, North America).

I developed the MSS service based in information security management system (ISMS) support in OSSIM since the beta version. Was really amazing a lot of clients, developing and money in my pocket!!

I attend RIT, and Chris Blask was a guest speaker for my Network Security and Forensics class. I learned a huge amount about what OSSIM can do, and am now implementing it at work. My environment is a 4500 user network, with approximately 200 servers and over 150 pieces of network equipment, and I am configuring OSSIM to monitor all of that. So far it is working great and has giving us so much more information about what is going on in our network. The multitude of tools in OSSIM that have always been difficult to configure, and OSSIM has made it much easier.

Hi, I'm working in a spanish university as infosec analyst. Here is my praise, originally written in spanish:

And the translate to english. Sure there is needed some grammar or mistake corrections:

In our educational network we have a wide variety of users profiles. OSSIM has demonstrated be a great allied to show visibility of the threats and keep the track of the network security. Their open source point of view fits perfectly in the integration of the extraordinary variety of heterogeneous services that we offer to our students, professors and research personal. If you are thinking on buy a SIEM, take your time to give a try to OSSIM. You will get a great benefit of the time employed in that.

Greetings.
